Blending Bordeaux brilliance with bold symbolism, Saint Mas is rewriting the rules of wine culture—one bottle, one story, one revolution at a time
In the refined yet often exclusive world of Old World wine, Saint Mas arrives with a message that’s as radical as it is romantic: that great wine should be a joy for all, not just a luxury for a few. Founded by Henri Alphonse Morand—an impassioned wine lover turned curator of terroir—the brand brings together the soul of France’s most storied vineyards with a deep belief in accessibility, expression and meaning.
Henri’s journey began like that of many dreamers: with a love for the glass. But unlike most, he didn’t stop at admiration. From Bordeaux to Languedoc to Cabardès, Henri scoured France for estates that didn’t just make good wine, but made wine that meant something. His mission? To create a collection that honors both the purity of French viticulture and the ideals of liberty, equality, and fraternity. Thus, Saint Mas was born—its name inspired by revolution, its wines crafted to liberate the senses.
A Flag, A Unicorn, A Vision
The French tricolor doesn’t just serve as a design motif for Saint Mas—it defines the philosophy behind every bottle. From the crisp whites to the deeply structured reds, each label channels the spirit of a nation, transforming history into hedonism.
And then there’s the unicorn: Saint Mas’ official emblem, drawn from The Hunt of the Unicorn tapestry. Discovered by Henri during a visit to New York’s Metropolitan Museum of Art, the mythical creature became a symbol of the brand’s pursuit of purity, rarity, and emotional connection.
This alchemy of heritage and idealism sets Saint Mas apart. It’s not just wine—it’s vinous storytelling with roots in revolution and branches stretching across continents.
Meet the Masters
At the core of Saint Mas’ portfolio lies a quartet of expressive, emotionally charged wines—each anchored in a region, a moment, and a meaning.
- Master 329 (Blue – Liberty): Crafted in Languedoc, this blend of Grenache, Carignan, and Mourvèdre (14% ABV) brims with blackberry, pepper, and wild herbs. Named for the 329 days after the Berlin Wall fell, it evokes freedom, depth, and hope in every sip.
- Master 503 (White – Equality): A Bordeaux red (14% ABV) made from Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, this wine offers a harmony of red berries, plum, and smoky tobacco. Winner of eight awards, it pays homage to the 1968 French student uprising—where the streets echoed with a call for equality.
- Master 1231 (Red – Fraternity): Born in Cabardès and ringing in at a bold 16% ABV, this triumphant blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache, and Syrah sings with dark fruit, roasted nuts, and warming spice. Inspired by New Year’s Eve, it celebrates togetherness and shared joy.
- Master 214 (White Wine): A rare white expression at 12% ABV, this graceful bottle presents floral elegance, citrus brightness, and a whisper of romance. Created as a tribute to Valentine’s Day, it captures the spirit of connection and intimacy.
Together, these wines form the beating heart of Saint Mas—a celebration of flavor, feeling, and France’s eternal cultural legacy.

Saint Mas is no stranger to spectacle. In February 2025, the brand made a grand entrance into Asia with a launch at Hong Kong’s Sky100, supported by iconic actor Louis Koo. The event marked the beginning of a string of high-profile collaborations—with names like Circle K, Maxim’s, Lamborghini, McLaren and LG—all cementing the brand as a cultural force as much as a premium wine label.
From red-carpet premieres to charity boxing galas, Saint Mas has become a fixture across Hong Kong’s most elite venues, now available in over 1,000 bars, restaurants, and retail spaces. Towering billboards and cinematic campaigns feature Louis Koo holding a glass aloft, a unicorn gleaming in the background—a modern symbol of style and substance.
