Story
It all started with the love of Victor Canard and Léonie Duchêne. In 1868, they created the eponymous Maison Canard-Duchêne, driven by a bold vision : to reveal the exceptional potential of their hillside village, located in the heart of the Montagne de Reims.

Charles VII Blanc de Blancs
Award: Gold medal
Tasting notes
Elegant nose filled with brioche and toasted hazelnuts on the nose. The palate is rich and nutty. Flavors of bread and lemon zest. Bright and complex. Incredibly balanced and bright blanc de Blancs champagne.
Cuvée Léonie Brut
Award: Gold medal
Tasting notes
Fresh aromas of citrus and white apple. Well, balanced and easy drinking with classic notes of brioche bread and lemon. Perfect alongside seafood or for an aperitif.
Charles VII Brut
Award: Silver medal
Tasting notes
Yeasty nose with a round texture and a creamy finish. Flavors of ripe red berries underlying more tones of nuttiness on the finish. Textured and layered with a nice weight to it.
The 2025 China Wine Competition is set to happen in Hong Kong in October 2025. Submission now open for International and China wineries.
